Hi, I'm the tech behind Turbo Tech. I’ve been building and fixing computers since 2001, and officially entered the IT industry in 2015. What started as a side hustle helping small businesses with their tech headaches eventually grew into a full-time career. Over the years, I’ve worked across everything from computer repair and network setup to data recovery and IT consulting.

Today, I manage technical support projects in a large enterprise environment, dealing with the kind of real-world tech issues that small businesses often never hear about until they’re in trouble.

I originally wrote these walkthroughs and templates to help family members get their businesses running with secure, smart IT systems, without hiring an entire IT department. Now, I’m making them available here, so other business owners can do the same.
